The top disc is a 3/4" Sterling Silver with "Grandma" hand stamped on it (this can be changed if you would like it to say something else). The bottom disc is a 1" Copper with whatever names you choose on it. You can have the metal hammered (as pictured) if you would like. You can also choose 2 Birthstones for the necklace, and can add additional birthstones. Then choose your chain and you have a beautiful and thoughtful gift for any Grandmother!
