Our items are custom made and personalized just for you. Therefore, Sweet Blossom Gifts does not accept returns. If Sweet Blossom Gifts, or one of our artists make a mistake in the personalization, we will gladly replace or repair the item at no additional cost. Sweet Blossom Gifts must be notified about any issues with an order within five (5) business days of delivery. If an error was made due to incorrect information being provided by the customer, we are still happy to replace or repair the item, but will charge an additional fee to do so. Our item descriptions are as detailed as possible so be sure to read the description carefully before purchasing. Due to the fact that each item is made to order, your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed and we will not begin on your piece until payment is received.

Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns. For the same reason, we cannot cancel orders once the order has been placed.



Our t-shirts are printed to order in small batches and we do not accept returns. We are happy to exchange if a wrong size was ordered, as long as the shirt is unwashed and unworn. Please contact us at for information on how to initiate the exchange. Please note that shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
Please also note that customized and personalized t-shirts CANNOT be exchanged for a different size since they are custom made to order. 


If using a coupon or discount code, the code MUST BE entered at the time of purchase. Enter a valid code during checkout and your balance will be automatically adjusted. A coupon code cannot be added, nor can the price be adjusted after your purchase is completed. During a sale, sale pricing is automatically reflected in your shopping cart at the time of your purchase. Sale pricing is valid ONLY during the period that sale is in effect and will not be applied to orders placed prior to, or after the sale. 



Please note, each of our items has a production time estimate in the item description. These are estimated times for production and provided to you for convenience only. Sweet Blossom Gifts does not guarantee delivery by any particular date unless specifically stated. We always do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, however, our designers create one of a kind, personalized jewelry by hand and this requires time. Production time does vary based on the item, and items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each item as it ships. 
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it does not arrive by a particular date. Please be advised that Sweet Blossom Gifts has no control over transit time once an item ships from our facility. Tracking information is provided via email with each completed order and status updates can be found using the tracking number found in the email. If you did not receive an email after your purchase was completed please check your spam folder or contact us. If you have not received your order within 3 (three) weeks after it shows as shipped, please contact us. We ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated. 
Sweet Blossom Gifts is not responsible for any package once it shows as delivered to the address provided by the customer. On occasion an item may show as delivered to the address provided and the customer may claim it has not been. In these instances the customer must take up the issue with their local United States Post Office or other specified carrier. 
If a package is returned to us due to a customer inputting an incorrect address, Sweet Blossom Gifts will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. The customer will need to provide the correct address and pay to reship the item. 


Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time and in certain conditions. We provide a polishing pad with each order to help care for your jewelry. If you are still having issues after polishing the piece, please contact us. We CANNOT, however, accept returns due to tarnishing.

We guarantee our necklace chains from breakage for 4 weeks from the time the item is listed as delivered. If the chain breaks within the guaranteed time, please contact us via email and will will provide a return label for the chain. Once we receive the broken chain, we will send a new one at no additional cost. If a chain breaks after the guaranteed 4 weeks have passed, a new chain can be purchased on the website.

All other components on your necklace or bracelet are under warranty for up to 45 days from the delivery date. If jump rings loosen, or birthstones, charms or other components are lost  from normal wear during this time frame, they will be replaced free of charge. We may request a photo of the damaged item or to have it sent back to be inspected prior to committing to the repairs to ensure that it is normal wear and tear that caused the issue. After the 45 day warranty period, there will be a minimal fee to replace broken or lost components. Please contact us with any questions regarding repairs or the fee that may be required.
