A 1/4" x 1 3/8" fine pewter tag is stamped with a name, and it has hammered edges and a brushed finish with a birthstone hung over the top. The tags hang on a stainless open Heart Charm. The tags can have a script or type font. More name and birthstone tags can be added. Please note that if the name is long, the birthstone may cover part of the name. Comes with a stainless steel chain.
